Frequent mopping in bedrooms may create unwanted dampness, and carpeted areas certainly don’t need extra moisture. That’s where the No-Go Zone and Virtual Wall feature in the Dreamehome App becomes especially useful.

In this quick tips video, we show you how to enter the map editing interface, set dedicated no-mop zones or restricted areas, and freely adjust their size and position to match your space. Once configured, your robot will automatically recognize these zones during cleaning tasks and navigate around them — ensuring carpets stay dry and sensitive areas are protected.
